Do you provide the alcohol?
No. Due to California regulations, the client purchases and owns all alcoholic beverages.
Our wedding bar service includes:
● Professional bartending service
● Luxury horse trailer bar

● Straws
● Beverage coolers
● Water station
● Custom printed drink menus
● Alcohol quantity planning assistance
We’ll even help you determine exactly how much alcohol to purchase for your event. You save money by buying the alcohol for your event and avoid the markup.

Use the below guide as a good rule of thumb:
•Hard alcohol and mixer: $1.50 per drink
•Wine: $3.00 per drink
•Light or Mexican lager Beer: $1.50 per beer
•IPA/ craft beer $3.00 per beer
•Standard hard seltzer: $1.50 per drink
•Premium vodka seltzer (High Noon): $3.00 per drink
•Champagne toast: $1.50–2.00 per flute
•Draught beer/ Keg: $1.15 - $2.15 per beer

Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes. Our bartenders are experienced professionals and carry the appropriate certifications and insurance required for private events and San Diego mobile bar service.

Yes! Our Bottle Ponies (beer burros San Diego) mingle with guests carrying saddle baskets filled with canned beverages during cocktail hour or your reception.
Guests absolutely love interacting with them and they’re always one of the most talked-about parts of the event.

Our miniature horses are gentle, experienced event animals that have attended weddings, museums, corporate events, children’s events, and hundreds of private parties across San Diego.
A dedicated handler remains with the horses to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

What beverages can you serve?

The miniature horse Beer Burros can serve anything canned or bottled. They can also pass out party favors or packaged goods like cookies. Almost anything you can think of that fits in their saddle basket can be served!

Our wedding bar service can accommodate intimate gatherings of 25 guests all the way up to large weddings and corporate events with 200+ guests.
We’ll recommend the appropriate number of bartenders based on your guest count to keep lines short and drinks flowing.

We typically provide San Diego mobile bar and wedding bar service throughout San Diego County, Temecula wine country and up toward Murrietta.
Travel within our included service area (10 miles from 92027) is complimentary. Additional travel fees may apply for venues outside our standard service radius.

Our trailer requires:
● A relatively level parking area, we have jacks to level on uneven surfaces.
● Vehicle access for setup and removal
● Adequate outdoor space for the trailer, ponies and guests
● A safe area for the miniature horses (if included)
No power or water hookup is required.
● Exit plan: We must be able to hook up the trailer and drive out at the end of the party. If we have to wait to leave when service has been completed, there will be an extra hourly charge.

We typically arrive up to two hours before beverage service begins to ensure everything is beautifully set up before your guests arrive.

Yes.
We carry commercial liability insurance for our mobile bar operations as well as insurance covering our event horses.
Certificates of insurance can be provided to venues upon request.

Absolutely.
Backyards, ranches, estates, barns, vineyards, and private properties are some of our favorite venues for our wedding bar service and San Diego mobile bar experiences.

Yes.
A non-refundable 50% booking retainer is required to reserve your event date.
Your remaining balance is due when we arrive at your venue in cash.
You will specify one person to meet us with the alcohol and the remaining balance when we arrive. We require payment before we begin setting up.
